Each course page has details of refund policy and terms and conditions. Please study it thoroughly before you enrol for the course. However if you are not satisfied with the course training you can submit the refund request from your dashboard. All refund requests are responded to within 24 hours and eligible refunds are processed within 14 working days.
All deliverables of a particular test preparation course are included in the test preparation course page.
