Terms and Conditions for Business Partners

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the submission, activation, and usage of a Business Partner account on MyStudyOffers.com (“Platform”), a proprietary platform operated by Mystudyoffers. By submitting an interest form and creating a business account, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1.   Account Submission and Verification

o initiate a partnership, the applicant (“Business Partner”) must submit accurate and complete business information, credentials, and documents as requested in the registration form on MyStudyOffers.com.

Submission of an interest form does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to internal verification by the MyStudyOffers.com team.

MyStudyOffers.com reserves the right to request additional documentation, reject applications without providing reasons, or place an account on hold if any submitted information is incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable.

2.   Account Activation and Commercial Agreement

Upon approval, the Business Partner will receive credentials to access and manage their account on the Platform.

After account activation, either party (MyStudyOffers.com or the Business Partner) may initiate customised contracts as necessary to formalise commercial arrangements. These contracts must be mutually agreed upon and signed by both parties and may cover, but are not limited to, services, commissions, exclusivity, marketing rights, or partner benefits.

In the absence of such a specific contract, these Terms remain binding as the governing agreement for platform access and use.

3.   Account Usage and Platform Access

Once activated, Business Partners may:

• Add or update their company profile.
• Manage sub-user/team member accounts.
• Publish content including products, services, events, campaigns, and career opportunities.
• Participate in promotional activities and lead generation initiatives enabled by the Platform.

All content and listings are subject to MyStudyOffers.com’s content moderation policies and may be displayed publicly on the Platform or its promotional channels.

4.   Intellectual Property (IP) and Branding Usage

By maintaining an account, the Business Partner grants MyStudyOffers.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use their business name, logo, description, and relevant content for listing and promotional purposes across the Platform and its partner networks.

Business Partners may use MyStudyOffers.com branding or IP only with prior consent and as per brand usage guidelines. Any misuse or unauthorized use may result in account suspension and legal action.

5.   Content Responsibility and Restrictions

Business Partners are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of the content they upload or publish.

The Platform must not be used to distribute content that:`

• Violates local, national, or international laws.
• Infringes on third-party IP rights.
• Contains misleading, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
• Is intended to harm the reputation of individuals or institutions.

6.   Special Clause for Education Loan Providers

Education Loan Providers are subject to the regulations, licensing conditions, and compliance frameworks of the countries and jurisdictions in which they operate.

It is the sole responsibility of the Education Loan Provider to ensure full adherence to these applicable legal, financial, and consumer protection requirements.

MyStudyOffers.com does not hold any liability for:

• Non-compliance or regulatory violations by the Education Loan Provider.
• Misleading claims, unauthorized financial advice, or service failures originating from the Business Partner.
• Customer grievances arising out of products or services offered by the Education Loan Provider through the Platform.

Education Loan Providers must clearly disclose the nature of their services, applicable interest rates, approval processes, and terms to all users, in accordance with regulatory standards.

7.   Termination, Suspension, and Contractual Adjustments

MyStudyOffers.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion if:

• There is a breach of these Terms or any signed commercial contract.
• The submitted business information is found to be fraudulent or misleading.
• There is reputational, legal, or ethical misconduct associated with the Business Partner.

Signed contracts may include additional termination clauses as agreed by both parties, which will override relevant platform-level terms in case of conflict.

Upon termination, all access will be revoked, and any promotional content may be removed from public visibility.

8.   Limitation of Liability

MyStudyOffers.com shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Lost revenues or business opportunities arising from use or inability to use the Platform.
• Delays, service outages, or moderation decisions.
• Third-party content or interactions initiated via the Platform.

Total liability under these Terms or any related contract shall be limited to the cumulative amount paid by the Business Partner (if any) in the preceding six (6) months.

9.   General Terms

MyStudyOffers.com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.

These Terms, and any signed commercial agreements, together constitute the full understanding between both parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Jurisdiction lies exclusively with the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
